I've sold two homes in the past, before this one. But this by far was the absolute best because of Miguel. For my last two homes, I ended up paying money to sell my house. Using Miguel as my Real Estate Agent this time, was the 1st time I was able to make not just some money, but plenty of money off of this last home we sold. He was there with us every step of the way. He was very hands-on, lending a helping hand, and making sure we weren't too stressed out during the process. He was very professional and very knowledgeable about the neighborhood and the Suffolk area. I would recommend Miguel to any and everyone looking to buy or sell. Miguel is the man! Jessica provided our family with the highest quality realty expertise a buyer could ask for. Rain or shine, she was tireless in her efforts to find the home meant for us. On several occasions, my wife and I could not view homes together, so Jessica would meet with my wife and me separately to see the homes. Moreover, she would show these homes to us with an equal amount of enthusiasm. She also gave us daily updates on the latest real estate info.
